Mr. Dilip C. Morzaria is the Co-Founder and Joint Managing Director of Premier Industrial Corporation Limited (PICL). He has been associated with the Company since its inception in 1979 as a partnership firm, which was subsequently converted into a public limited company in 2007. Initially appointed as Executive Director on the Board, he was designated as Whole-time Director in 2009 and elevated to Joint Managing Director in 2024.
Over the years, Mr. Dilip Morzaria has been a key driving force behind PICL’s growth and expansion. He has played a pivotal role in building and nurturing long-term client and supplier relationships, driving business development, and ensuring uninterrupted procurement of raw materials. His strong networking, public relations skills, and strategic insights have enabled the Company to diversify its product portfolio and expand into new markets.
Apart from business development, Mr. Dilip Morzaria has been deeply engaged in financial oversight. He has also spearheaded the Company’s strategic and physical expansion, including the establishment of new factories and acquisition of industrial land. Beyond PICL, Mr. Dilip Morzaria provides leadership and strategic guidance to other businesses within the group, reflecting his versatility and ability to manage multi-dimensional operations.
