Mr. Lalit N. Morzaria has been associated with Premier Industrial Corporation Limited (PICL) since 2003, when he was inducted as a partner of the erstwhile Premier Industrial Corporation (Partnership Firm). Upon its conversion into a public limited company in 2007, he was appointed as an Executive Director and has been serving as a Whole-Time Director since 2009.
Carrying forward a strong business family legacy and backed by sharp business acumen, Mr. Lalit Morzaria has played a vital role in driving the Company’s growth and strengthening its position in the industry. His expertise spans across marketing, production planning and operations. He currently oversees operations at PICL’s Wire Manufacturing Unit, one of the Company’s core facilities. Under his leadership, the unit has consistently delivered high standards of efficiency, quality, and output. His hands-on management approach, coupled with strategic planning, has ensured operational excellence and competitiveness in a challenging market environment.
In addition to plant operations, Mr. Lalit Morzaria is actively engaged in workforce supervision, compliance management, and cost optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.
