Mr. Meet Arvind Morzaria is a dynamic leader and Whole-Time Director of Premier Industrial Corporation Limited (PICL). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from R.A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics and an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Family Business from NMIMS University, Mumbai.
He joined PICL in June 2009 as Vice President – Sales & Marketing, where he successfully leveraged his academic background and strategic acumen to accelerate business growth. In October 2014, he was appointed as an Additional Whole-Time Director on the Board, expanding his leadership role across multiple domains.
His expertise spans across marketing strategy and operational management, enabling PICL to achieve sustainable growth and maintain its reputation for quality and reliability. His key areas of focus include domestic and international sales & marketing, participation in global industry events, and business administration. In addition, he oversees the operations of the Wire Manufacturing Unit, ensuring efficient, uninterrupted, and quality-driven production.
Beyond his operational and business development responsibilities, he plays an active role in Human Resources Management, contributing to talent acquisition, employee development, and the formulation of HR policies.
As part of PICL’s leadership team, Mr. Meet Morzaria actively contributes to strategic decision-making, guiding the Company’s growth and organizational development. His multifaceted expertise, combined with strong leadership and execution capabilities, has been instrumental in driving the Company’s sustained success.
