Mr. Smeet Arvind Morzaria is a Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer of Premier Industrial Corporation Limited (PICL). He is a distinguished alumnus of Brandeis University, Boston, Massachusetts, USA, where he earned his MBA degree.
He began his career with PICL in 2009 as Vice President – International Sales, where his strategic vision and strong business acumen helped accelerate the Company’s international growth. Recognized for his exceptional performance, he was appointed as a Whole-Time Director in October 2014.
Mr. Smeet Morzaria has extensive expertise in procurement and strategic sourcing, successfully driving initiatives that optimize costs and enhance operational efficiency. With an aggressive and result-oriented approach in exports and international business, he has been instrumental in expanding PICL’s global footprint and strengthening its presence across international markets. Under his leadership, the Company has achieved significant growth in revenue and market share in the global arena.
In addition to his contributions to sales and procurement, Mr. Smeet Morzaria was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company on January 9, 2025. In this role, he leads the Company’s financial strategy, fiscal oversight, and risk management, ensuring sustainable growth and financial resilience.
